This just narrows the chances of that happening. You can do all of this by browsing through internet forums. The reason they are so good is that forums are filled with real live people. These real people have real opinions and most of them know good artwork when they see it.

They are just as happy to share their finding with other people, because they know how hard it cane be to find good artwork, especially for something as specific as tattoo wings. If anything, it sure beats trying to weed through so many generic tattoo wings you will run across using the other method of searching.
